If the cat tree is next to a doorway, you get bopped on the head every time you walk past. Also, hairballs make a big splash off the top level.

    Oh man! Unfortunately, I have experienced the fun of debris from kitty vomit from cat trees and stairs. On stairs it can hit a few times on the way down to the bottom...makes cleaning extra fun. But as long as you aren't hit with it and are only bopped...
