It's been 19 days since the news of the big local rescue. No updates. On a board where someone can post about a hangnail and everyone's asking for updates every whipstitch. Not a word. Weird. Very weird. Or, maybe I should say, just as I thought.
Oh, well, the 4th of July is coming up. Maybe she'll have a hot dog and a fresh bottle of water to celebrate, like she did on Memorial Day.
